Kathy Carlisle, Realtor, has been teaching real estate classes for three years. Kathy enjoys teaching real estate and loves that agents can relate to her own real estate experiences. Her classes are fun and fast paced.

I became an instructor to help Realtors gain a deeper understanding of mortgage loan products and the loan approval process. With a 25-year career in asset management before transitioning to a loan officer in 2020, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to every client interaction. I’m known for being knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and responsive—even outside of regular business hours. My goal is always to bring each deal to closing on the best possible terms, earning the trust of my clients. I’m married with three children, and one of my special interests is helping seniors better manage their housing wealth.

Outside of work, I’m happily married with two children, and I’m an animal lover with five dogs and three cats—always rescuing and giving back to those in need. I enjoy walking, reading, and going to the movies in my free time.
